Andy and his team began concentrating on the health insurance needs of his existing financial planning clients. Initially focused on small businesses of fewer than 100 employees, Stepka & Associates, Inc. has experienced tremendous growth to become a full-service agency working with groups both large and small. Our goal is, as it always has been, to provide the same level of service to a group with 5 employees as one with 500 employees.
